  Wish i could give zero stars. There is only one person that helped me ever there. I had proof they had my sim in stock and had to force then to look it up and guess what? It was right there. 2 other employees answered the phone and before i was even done saying sim card said were all out. Now that experience was from my last device. This time around i am having the same run around with my s7 and note 4. First of i talked to 3 people about these devices one told me to not have a older phone and buy the new ones through them if i want it to work. The other 2 didnt even check to see stock. Did he maybe look it up on the computer? Nothing just nope all out. Yeah like im sapposed to beleive this guy knows every single thing in stock and inventory. Second of all i know the s7 is not that old and i know this location has it because its a corporate location and i called there hotline to locate someone with stock. I just put it down to a mostly lazy staff always on there phones, not wanting to lift a finger unless theres a commision. Which is why they didnt even check for my card, its a free service. Oh and dont even get me started on how they opened and charged me for an extra line for 9 months on automatic with drawl offering me no refund what so ever. Shady people man you got to really force them to do there jobs really terrible management here.

  I took my phone here for repair, Galaxy S7 Edge with pink line on screen. I have looked into doing a warranty claim. The guys here at this Sprint location really helped me out. Did I mention at NO COST!!!!!!!! I fell back in love with my device. Thanks Sprint
